Our Design Studio has all of our colors and textures on display—from tile to the cabinetry and countertops.

Personalizing your new Thrive home can be a little overwhelming. We don’t think you should have to do it on your own. As a complimentary service, our professional Design Consultants will help you coordinate all the selections for your new home. Your Design Studio Appointment

  • After you purchase your Thrive home, our Design Consultant will call you to schedule your appointment. The Design Studio is open by appointment only. We want to make sure that you get the individualized time and attention that you deserve to make your very important selections.
  • Expect to schedule your appointments Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Your two appointments will last 1 ½ to 2 hours each (except in the case where you have purchased one of our homes already under construction).
  • To optimize your appointment and experience, it is best to make child care arrangements on the day of your appointment(s) so that your designer can have your full attention and provide a productive selection meeting.

Find Inspiration Before Your Appointment

In order to get the most out of your personal design appointment, start collecting ideas and pictures. Find inspiration everywhere! Look through magazines, decorating books, catalogs and the Internet. Focus on colors and finishes, rather than furniture. How will you use each room? Use a print-out of your floor plan to label how you plan to use each room. Keep ideas in a notebook or on your laptop. And, be sure to bring all those ideas and pictures to your appointment. If you’re having trouble discovering what you love, Pinterest can be a great resource.
